Job Description

JustinBradley’s client, a payment processing company, is seeking an experienced UX Designer. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact innovation experiences for top-tier clients across the United States and occasionally abroad. You’ll work alongside engineers and creatives as part of a dynamic team that brings user-centered solutions to life during fast-paced, collaborative innovation events. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a highly interactive environment and enjoys solving complex problems in real time with cross-functional teams

In this role, you will:

  • Travel with a multidisciplinary team to client sites across the US (and occasionally internationally) to deliver innovation workshops and events.
  • Conduct rapid research to understand the client’s brand, customer, and challenge before each event.
  • Lead design exploration and execution through sketches, flows, wireframes, visuals, and high-fidelity prototypes to collaboratively co-create solutions with clients and teammates.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and adapt designs based on real-time feedback.
  • Support longer-term engagements by iterating on designs, developing user-tested prototypes, and helping shape early-stage product pilots.
  • When not traveling, contribute to event prep (research, material creation) and follow-up tasks (finalizing assets and documentation).

All About You:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with a focus on mobile applications.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain and defend design decisions to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, human-centered design, or similar innovation and ideation frameworks.
  • Experience creating and using various design artifacts: personas, journey maps, user flows, storyboards, sketches, and wireframes.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong visual design instincts with a passion for building intuitive, elegant user interfaces.
  • Bonus: Skills in print design, illustration, branding/identity, or experience designing chat, voice, or retail interfaces.
  • Previous exposure to both startup and corporate environments is a plus.
  • Experience facilitating design workshops or exercises is also a significant plus.
