UX/UI Designer - Figma

Rebet is a cutting-edge social “sportsbook” that revolutionizes play-for-fun sports predictions by integrating them into a social gaming environment. With a unique blend of promotional play and loyalty rewards, we offer sports enthusiasts a dynamic platform to earn prizes while participating in sports games! We create a social atmosphere throughout the application by allowing users to bet directly against one another through our Easy to Read betting lines and enjoy a full scale social media platform!

As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for designing high-quality user interfaces and assets using Figma for our web, mobile, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in Figma, has a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and UX/UI principles, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-fidelity Figma designs for web and mobile experiences
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to bring ideas to life
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries in Figma
• Translate product requirements into visually engaging and user-friendly mockups
• Iterate on feedback quickly and effectively
• Ensure consistency of design across all touchpoints
• Export and prep assets for developers as needed

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or visual design (Figma-heavy workflows)
• Expert proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, etc.)
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals—typography, color, spacing, hierarchy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once

This position is onsite at our Boston HQ located next to South Station.
