Job Details Valet Attendant positions are located at San Francisco hotels and are part of Towne Park’s hospitality services. Compensation Hourly base pay of $21.50 plus tips. Work Schedule Typical hours: 7 am – 3 pm or 3 pm – 11 pm. Assist guests with luggage, bell services, and storage. Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests. Provide directions, transport and reservation information. Explain parking rates, issue claim checks, and collect revenue. Maintain accurate key tags, guest folio, and vehicle location records. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within commuting distance. Experience: One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Skills: Basic English reading and writing. Follow simple instructions. Basic arithmetic (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing). Operate a manual transmission (highly desirable). Parallel parking. Physical Requirements Talk or hear regularly. Restrain to sit or stand for extended periods. Run, walk, handle, and move objects up to 100 lb. Work outdoors for extended periods (heat, cold). Travel up to 5% may be required.
