Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and organizing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
Ability to lift and move items up to [50lbs]
Basic math and reading skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
