* Duties and Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager :

* Manage Inventory and material flow.
* Develop and maintain facility modifications as needed.
* Manage warehouse personnel /ensure safety and OSHA standards.
* Lead and implement operational strategies, quality, delivery, revenue, and profitability.
* Set clear vision and objectives to team and leadership.
* Communicate effectively with leadership and management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Resolving problems and completing audits.
* Interact with customers daily, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Research new products and equipment.

Requirements : the Warehouse Manager

* Experience: 2+ years (preferred) in mechanical warehousing
* Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards and DOT laws
* Strong organizational, critical thinking, negotiations, decision making.
* Problem - solving skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
