Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Warehouse Operations / 仓库运营

• Oversee daily operations: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• 中: 全面负责仓库日常运营：入库、拣货、打包、发货。
• Optimize storage utilization, improve efficiency, ensure OSHA compliance.
• 中: 优化库位与空间利用率，提升效率，确保符合 OSHA 安全标准。

E-commerce & FBA Fulfillment / 电商与 FBA 履约

• Manage Amazon FBA replenishment and transfers.
• 中: 管理 Amazon FBA 补货与跨仓调拨。
• Supervise fulfillment for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Amazon FBM, Temu.
• 中: 负责 Shopify、Walmart、Amazon FBM等平台订单履约。

Team Management / 团队管理

• Lead a 8-10 -person warehouse team: scheduling, training, performance reviews.
• 中: 管理约 8-10 人的仓库团队：排班、培训、绩效考核。
• Build a safety and efficiency-driven culture, control unnecessary overtime.
• 中: 建立安全、高效的工作文化，控制不必要的加班。

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination / 供应链与物流协调

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• 中: 与国内外供应商、货代和物流公司保持沟通。
• Monitor shipments, resolve exceptions, optimize costs.
• 中: 监控运输进度，处理异常，优化运输成本。
• Analyze inventory data, implement replenishment strategies.
• 中: 分析库存数据，制定合理补货与调拨策略。

Requirements

Qualifications / 任职要求

• Language / 语言 : Bilingual in Mandarin & English (required) / 中英文双语必备。
• Experience / 经验 :
• 3+ years in warehouse management (e-commerce and Amazon FBA preferred).
• 中: 3 年以上仓库管理经验（有电商或 Amazon FBA 背景者优先）。
• Skills / 技能 :
• WMS/ERP knowledge, Excel proficiency, data-driven problem solving.
• 中: 熟悉 WMS/ERP 系统及 Excel，具备数据分析与流程优化能力。
• Extra / 加分项 :
• Forklift certification or hands-on equipment experience.
• 中: 有叉车证或设备操作经验优先。
