Job Title: Warehouse/Shift Supervisor
Company: Blue Dog 3PL & Warehousing Inc.
Location: 261 Abbotside Way Unit 1&2 Caledon, ON L7C 4C3
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)

Job Description:
Blue Dog 3PL & Warehousing Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse/Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees in pick-pack, inbound, and outbound product processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on warehouse experience and proven supervisory skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate multiple employees across pick-pack, inbound, and outbound operations.
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards and timelines.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics) to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.
• Work with both Canadian Tire and Walmart DC and Direct to store platform
• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Working experience with shipments and Process for Canadian Tire and Walmart Canada DC and Direct to Store requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
