Job Description
We have a 6 month contract employment opportunity for a WordPress Administrator/Engineer for our client in Salt Lake City. As a WordPress Administrator, you would be tasked with maintaining their in-house WordPress infrastructure and leading the transition to a hosting provider.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the maintenance and management of our in-house WordPress infrastructure
• Aid in the selection of a suitable hosting provider for our WordPress platform
• Develop a detailed migration roadmap for transitioning to the chosen hosting provider
• Ensure the smooth and efficient migration of our WordPress site to the new hosting provider
• Utilize your skills in WordPress Development to guarantee high-quality outcomes
• Leverage your knowledge of Plesk and SSL Certificates in the migration process
• Opportunity to provide ongoing support and management for our WordPress sites post-migration.
• Minimum of five years of detail-oriented experience as a WordPress Administrator
• Deep understanding of WordPress, including its architecture and latest updates
• Proven experience in WordPress Development and managing WordPress Sites
• Demonstrated expertise in website migration from other platforms to WordPress
• Experience in managing SSL Certificates for website security
• Ability to troubleshoot WordPress related issues effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
