Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner.
We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 1 day per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required. For example: sutures, central lines, intubations, and anything that would be very specialized.
This is a part time, 1 day/week position - flexible hours. Post-Acute Care wound care program located in Auburn, NY. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included.
This is a mobile position. We have 1 days of work in Auburn, NY. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
