Position Overview We're hiring part-time soccer coaches with opportunities for future full-time employment.
Please note: This is not a seasonal position, and all applicants need to live in NWA year round.
Benefits/Perks - $18 per hour (up to $22 per hour based on advancement)
- Extra +$3 for Saturday sessions
- Paid training, including CPR and First Aid certification

Requirements - Genuine passion for children and sports
- Energetic, engaging, and responsible
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a federal background check and other state-required clearances
- Valid work Visa or authorization to work in the US
- Own or have access to a printer
- Ability to stand, jog, and model childrens soccer skills.
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or related) preferred
- Saturday availability 8am-12pm preferred
A Day in the Life - Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
- Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
Hours - Monday - Friday: mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Saturdays: mornings and early afternoons
- Part-time: estimated 10-20 hours/sessions per week
- Full-time: estimated minimum of 32 hours/sessions per week and maximum of 40 hours/sessions
About Soccer Shots Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character and physical development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business; we treat our employees like a team and the children we coach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.
