Responsibilities and Duties

• Required to work in service positions, including cashier, host and drive-thru, line assembly, prep, and breading.
• General cleaning
• Ensure each guest always has a memorable experience
• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically & always say “My Pleasure”
• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Ensure a fast speed of service -Maintain area cleanliness during shift
• Prepare orders with speed & accuracy
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive attitude that contributes to a team atmosphere
