CM&W is looking for a 2nd shift Robot Welder Operator at our Hannibal, MO location. The Robot Welder operator safely and efficiently operates the Robot Welder while performing tasks such as loading and unloading parts, changing fixtures and programming. Pay starting at $19.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential.

What You'll Do:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload parts on and off of Robot Welder.
• Inspect finished parts.
• Take action to correct problems with machine performance.
• Remove and install fixtures using overhead crane.
• Select correct program for parts being ran.
• Change shielding gas and consumables on the Robot Welder such as tips, nozzles, diffusers, and wire as needed.
• Perform minor welding repairs to parts.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Monitor machine performance.
• Make adjustments to programs when necessary.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to log in and out of work orders and record quantities.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Understanding of blueprints.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to identify material.
• Ability to communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills; ability to read decimals and fractions.
• Ability to use a tape measure, square, basic hand tools and power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
