Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking for a Full Time ABA Program Supervisor to work with our clients between the ages of 15 months to 18 years in Contra Costa County and Solano County. The Supervisor is to observe and direct the delivery of ABA Treatment in order to benefit the clients, and provides real time response to the intervention.

Essential Functions:

  • Make contact with families to schedule intake appointments and to obtain necessary information.
  • Perform indirect assessment by utilizing interview and indirect tools (Vineland-3, FAST, etc.) in person at clients' s home.
  • Perform direct observations and interaction with children for initial assessment in person at client's home.
  • Collect ABC data.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Analysis
  • Interpret data obtained from indirect and direct observations and assessments tools.
  • Review clinical and educational records.
  • Develop goals and protocol in accordance with observations and assessments tools.
  • Develop and write initial assessment reports including treatment protocol.
  • Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with BCBA as needed in order to complete interviews, initial assessments, writing reports, and other functions as specified by BCBA.
  • Report to BCBA as indicated.
  • Be available for case reviews, edits, modifications, and further development of assessments as requested by BCBA.
  • Develop and program learning trees for further data collection.
  • Perform all duties described above within deadlines.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Ability to obtain/maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
  • The People & Performance department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable federal, State and local laws
  • Must have a valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Show proof of auto insurance
  • Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies
  • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
  • Must attend all BTA required training
  • Must have the following immunizations:
    Rubella (2-series)
    Rubeola (2-series)
    Mumps (2-series)
    Varicella (2-series)
    Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable)
    Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable)
    Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is REQUIRED
  • Master`s Degree (preferably in the related field) and/or BCaBA Certification
  • Must have at least one year experience providing ABA intervention services
  • Ability to analyze clinical information to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the different members of the team
  • Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy compassionate and effective interpersonal skills when conducting interviews and observations.
  • Willing and committed to work with individuals of special needs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion pertaining to the work environment
  • Frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy
  • Be compassionate and understanding
  • Ability to provide in-person services and supervision throughout the Contra Costa County and Solano Region
