At Autism Care Partners (ACP), our mission is to empower families to reach their potential through early diagnosis and exceptional, innovative, interdisciplinary care. Our collaborative teams provide comprehensive care throughout all stages of a child’s development by offering these services: Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and Diagnostic Evaluations (service availability varies by location).

We are seeking fun, energetic, passionate individuals to work as Behavior Technicians (BTs), providing evidence-based behavioral therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders.

BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA-designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.

From entry-level Behavior Technician to Registered Behavior Technician, Senior Behavior Technician, BCBA, and beyond, we offer many growth opportunities. Prior experience in this field is not required to apply! We will provide free training and oversight to help you develop and enhance your skills as a Behavior Technician. If you’re interested in career advancement, we will provide free supervision towards BCBA certification for eligible employees with tuition assistance up to $10,500.

Education Requirements:?

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required?
• Preferred two years of college undergraduate or equivalent experience (preferably studying Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Speech, or related fields)?
• A bachelor's degree (candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's will also be considered)
