Account Coordinator needed for Apparel company in Yorba Linda, early hours! Job at AppleOne

We work with a company in Yorba Linda that does manufacturing for the apparel industry and they have an immediate need for an Account Coordinator:
Hours: 7:30-4pm, M-F
Pay rate: $20-23hr, based on experience. Full benefits!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Finance, Operations and Human Resources Manager and Operations Supervisor, performs full scope of activities related to customer account management. These activities include but not limited to providing comprehensive management of assigned accounts; timely response to customer requests; artwork management; customer program development; request for product quote processing (RPQ); product costing and pricing; product sampling; matrix development and management; product approval process management (to customer); product order receipt and validation (customer orders); sales transaction, work process and customer status reporting (for management, peers and customers); expand sales with existing assigned customers and support expired inventory management reconciliation process.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
1. Provide day to day customer interface for assigned customer accounts to promote sales, address product development issues, support sales transactions and conduct problem solving.
2. Receives, reviews and processes customer requests for product quotes and sampling. The processing includes receiving, interpreting and when necessary modifying artwork, validating specification and supporting information for completeness and accuracy before forwarding the information to the supplier for processing.
3. Fill out RFQ forms and forward to supplier for processing.
4. Handles all product development correspondence from/to supplier product development staff.
5. Expedites pricing and sampling process to ensure original quoting commitments and production schedules are met by the various suppliers.
6. Develops new or modify existing product development status report and distributes same to the appropriate target audience as required. The reports will document quoting/sampling schedules, schedule revisions and the reasons for delays.
7. Marks up supplier pricing and forwards pricing information per procedure.
8. Receives processed samples and conducts QAQC review to ensure samples meet the intent of the customer art work and/or specifications.
9. Works with supplier to resolve all product quality issues.
10. Develop and update matrixes for all programs, make and hold commitments and select customers and distribute same per procedure.
11. Travel as needed to supplier and customer work sites to troubleshoot product related issues in support of operations and the sales process.
12. Participate in operations and sales team meetings with GTS personnel and management, with the objective of providing input on and status of assigned customer accounts.
