Maintech is looking for an aggressive “hunter” sales professional to introduce Maintech IT services to new markets and promote Maintech service offerings to meet sales targets, generate new revenue, and build partnerships.

New Sales:

The position requires solution selling experience with a definite focus on IT product maintenance and managed services. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of selling IT managed services to enterprise level accounts. Candidates with experience selling for well- known established IT service providers are highly desired.

Account Management and CRM:

The successful candidate will:

Effectively communicate with customers regarding the status of current service contracts, projects and trouble isolation/resolution activities. He or she will set expectations, negotiates deliverables and clarify information. Additionally, the position requires:

- Consult with customers to understand their IT plan-to-purchase and future business needs.

- Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy and scheduling as well as identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.

- Ensure that ongoing client satisfaction is maximized through monitoring and resolution of issues. Participate in event escalation and resolution by providing 2nd level customer support.

Skills Profile

- Minimum of 5 years selling IT Services.

- Preferred experience in selling Desktop/server hardware maintenance in a Data Center or Enterprise environment.

- Familiarity with Dell, HP, and Lenovo server product lines, both conventional and Hyperscale architecture.

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Interpersonal Profile

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Demonstrated success in IT Services sales.

- A quality of “Initiative” to identify, explore and create selling opportunities.

- A quality of “ownership” to qualify a lead and taking it to close.

- A quality of “inclusion” to lead, nurture and maximize the efforts of Marketing, Sales, Operations and Contracts.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
