National Equipment and Service provides complete commercial dock and door installation, maintenance, and repair services, as well as servicing of warehouse equipment. Serving primarily Southern California, we’re expanding operations! Join our growing team and help provide our customers with a safe and efficient workplace!

The Account Executive is a hunter and will focus on developing new business by delivering the best experience possible to our customers. The ideal person will be extremely comfortable making cold calls, representing our company in a way that accurately reflects our core values, and building long-term partnerships as a trusted advisor to our customers. Attention to detail and staying organized will help ensure success in providing the best possible service to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new business with an emphasis on building long-term relationships that continually provide value to our customers.
  • Perform Lead Generation and qualification to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Identify key decision makers and meet with potential clients to promote solutions and services.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on Proposals.
  • Negotiate programs and terms; continually assess to provide elite value to our customers.
  • Close deals and secure new business; introduce Account Manager and other key members of the team that will provide best-in-class service.
  • Become an advocate of our company culture and continually showcase them to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proven work experience performing heavy cold calling and prospecting.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRMs and/or sales software.
  • Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to personal growth and development.
  • Alignment with our Core Values and Core Purpose.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
