Job Description

What You’ll Do

Account Executives manage a book of business and are responsible for total client engagement and success of the sales and recruitment/placement process. They grow business with existing clients by actively developing relationships and seeking new opportunities within accounts. They also develop new business that has been identified through market/industry research, referrals, or other sources with a goal to strategically grow a balanced book of business.

  • Engage with and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate fee agreements
  • Qualify, develop, and draft Job Orders
  • Candidate screening and submission
  • Communication/Synchronization with all parties (CSS, ADS, CR) and tracking (JOM, search projections, etc.)
  • Invoice and collection help (as needed)

You'll serve as our brand representative through your conversations and interactions with clientele to build new business and strengthen existing relationships.
  • You exceed the standards. Orion tracks progress through a variety of tangible, concrete methods. You’re ready to meet and exceed the minimum required metrics.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of excellence
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel 20% to customer locations (post COVID-19)
  • Fierce and competitive spirit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience
  • Military veteran or military experience
  • MBA or post-baccalaureate degree in progress
  • Multi-dimensional background (i.e., engagement in athletics, coaching, volunteering, etc.)
