*Please note this is a full time position Monday through Friday in our Austin office. This will be a hybrid remote role - 4 days in office / 1 day remote to start, with the opportunity to move to a 3 days in office / 2 days remote schedule based on performance.*

Century Consulting Services is a rapidly growing financial services company with offices in Austin and New York City, and we have been specializing in helping people struggling with personal debt since 2013. We offer services that provide our clients with financial freedom by eliminating their high interest rate loans and credit cards; putting their hard earned money back in their pocket where it belongs.

We opened our beautiful new North Austin office earlier this year, and are now looking to continue the expansion of our top notch Account Executive team with driven, charismatic, outgoing people that are looking to make a difference in clients' lives and make incredible money doing it!

As an Account Executive you will work directly with clients who have expressed the need to take care of their debt, evaluating their financial circumstances and working with them to find the best solution. You will receive a tremendous amount of individual attention and training from our Sales Managers, providing you with everything that you need to know to succeed and maximize your earning potential. We work exclusively with warm leads so there is no cold calling involved.

Compensation: We offer a $65K base salary plus commission, and total targeted compensation for first year associates will be $90K+. Commissions are uncapped, with the ability to earn even higher commission percentages. Numerous spiffs and monthly competitions add excitement and additional earning potential. Our top performing reps earn close to $200k annually!

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Working warm inbound leads who have an explicit need for our service
  • Listening and understanding each client’s individual goals and challenges
  • Spending several hours a day on the phone with prospective clients
  • Keeping an organized schedule to maximize your workflow
  • Achieving realistic personal monthly goals set by your managers

Account Executive Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
  • An ability to listen and put into practice teachings and critiques from management
  • The desire to grow and become a top producer for the company
  • Sharp reading and speaking skills
  • Must be a problem solver with great critical thinking skills
  • Sales experience and/or professional phone experience is beneficial
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
