Sunstates Security is currently hiring a full-time Account Manager for a fast-paced location in Nashville, TN. The Account Manager is responsible for the daily functioning of the contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

This is a full-time, position with a weekly pay rate of $24-26/hr - dependent on the level of experience. The standard schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday, normal business hours, however on call and work-as-needed may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards (directly in charge of up to 30 employees)
• Attend meetings with client and additional personnel to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Ability to dedicate 40 hours per week physically on-site and able to adjust work schedule to accommodate specific needs (i.e. staffing shortages, incident reports, special events, etc.)
• Remain in constant daily communication with client and site personnel on all security-related matters

REQUIREMENTS

• TN Security License preferred but not required
• Supervisory experience required
• Management proficiency
• Surveillance skills
• Experience with staffing coordination, scheduling, tracking budget expenses, and reporting
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work various shifts and weekends, as may be needed

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
