Fedco Services, An Ohio multi family industry supply leader of floor covering products and services is searching for a Manager in Training for our Columbus-Obetz, OH location. We are seeking highly-motivated, hardworking, entrepreneurial, and customer focused individuals who are willing to learn and advance their career. We deal face-to-face with business owners, managers, and their agents.

In your role as an account manager trainee, you will spend time with different management in the company. You will work in areas of Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, etc. – each for up to a 1 month rotation. We work with you to determine your career interests and the needs of the Company. During each rotation you will spend time learning a specific position in the department, working with the manager on process improvement initiatives, and spend time cross-training within these areas. You will then be responsible for achieving designated monthly and annual quotas by selling an assigned set of Fedco products and services.

Our products and services are specifically targeted to the multifamily industry and as a b2b Sales Professional, you will sell to both new and existing customers in your assigned territory. You will have a home office and will be provided a car and fuel reimbursement, laptop, cell phone, and other office equipment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses strong leadership skills, who is highly ambitious, and motivated
• Shows evidence of leadership activities that could include professional organizations, volunteer experience, internships, special honors or achievements
• Has a BA/BS degree in marketing, business administration or other related area from an accredited university OR equivalent real work experience.
• Has strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Docs, Word and Access), desktop publishing and data processing applications
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external customers
• Has the ability to multitask, has a strong attention to detail, and has strong organization skills
