Account Receivable $17hr Job at GL Staffing Services, Inc.
Seeking an Accounts Receivable to work in Fort Lauderdale. This position is working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, starting pay at $17hr.
Accounts Receivable clerk is responsible for on-time and accurate customer billing.
- Updates receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily sales order processing and bank remittance transactions.
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk facilitates the collection of outstanding accounts and alerts management of old balances via weekly report and posts receivable information to the proper customer and general ledger accounts.
- The Accounts Receivable Clerk is expected to follow the direction of management and complete workload in a quick, efficient manner with few errors.
- Reconcile monthly auto service billing to the active Controls service support contracts and manually invoice any missing ones or crediting customer account of any terminated contract.
- Enter data into accounts receivable general ledger accounts.
