Account Resolution Coordinator Job at Valley Vista
Valley Vista is seeking a skilled Account Resolution Coordinator to join our fast-paced administrative team. The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, team player who will be responsible for timley procesing of claims to third-party payors, as well as direct follow-up on outstanding claims.
Job Duties:
- Electronically or manually submitting third party billing claims for payment.
- Processing and reconciling third party payor remittances and/or payments.
- Researching and rectifying denied claims.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all coding requirements as they pertain to billing.
- Maintain/review all third party payor contracts.
- Assisting clinical staff with coding/billing questions.
- Track/record all paid and unpaid claims for revenue projections.
- Other billing/finance duties as assigned.
Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
- Two or more years of healthcare claims AR resolution experience
