Accountant Job at Confidential Manufacturing
We are looking for a bright, energetic, detail-oriented and organized person to work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday on site in the Bridgeport area. The right candidate will bring professionalism, a strong attention to detail, time management and follow-through skills to their work. The daily hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00/2:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable-Receive, verify, post A/R checks and resolve discrepancies and collections.
- Timely processing of invoices and receipts.
- Review of Vendor Invoices and search for competitive Suppliers and Vendors.
- Various Monthly reporting.
- Perform day-to-day accounting duties for a business.
- Special projects.
- Prepare and manage ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
Qualifications:
- Accounting Degree with minimum of 3 years experience.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in excel. and word.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team Player
Compensation based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
