We’re hiring an Accounting / Office Clerk for our growing client in the Hitchcock area.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our client’s team!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Accounting / Office Clerk
Location: Hitchcock area
Pay: $16-18 per hour
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duration: Temp-to-hire
Description of Duties: Accounting / Office Clerk position is now available in the Hitchcock area! In order to successfully apply for this role, you should be comfortable with the following job duties: Data entry of invoices into Excel, matching PO’s to invoices and verifying information, providing basic office support – answering phones, filing, managing personnel records
Requirements: Must be proficient with Excel, have strong alpha/numeric data entry; have experience handling confidential information; must have the ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
