Job Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will match invoices with purchase orders and related shipping documents, as well as enter vendor invoices and issue payments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintaining daily check registers.

• Matching of invoices to purchase orders and related shipping documents.

• Processing of vendor invoices.

• Issuance of vendor payments and filing of related documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Administrative experience.

• Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.

• Proficient knowledge of Excel is required.

• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required.

• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.

• Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.

• Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations and email.
