Vale Group has partnered with a leading provider of food, beverage and retail services in the travel hospitality industry who is actively searching for an experienced AP Coordinator to work on-site in Miami, FL.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2+ years of experience.

  • 3 Way match experience
  • Prior experience working with credit memos
  • Experience working with vendors and credit requests
  • Ability to go on site 5 days/ week
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance a plus but not required

AP Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Working with credit memos
  • Requesting credits from vendors
  • Some manual, mostly electronic payments
  • Support as needed
