The Opportunity

The accounts payable specialist is responsible to perform a variety of critical support duties for the Finance team.

This is a hybrid role. The team works in office (Lewisville, TX) on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitor broker commissions inbox to insure timely and accurate response.
• Monthly processing of broker commissions using Oracle/D365 commissions module.
• Daily monitor of Vendor Set Up inbox and responding in a timely way.
• Using IRS website to validate all vendors tax information.
• Support AP team by setting up vendors and making changes to profiles in Oracle.
• Assist with monitoring Provider payments inbox and respond to our providers in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Ability to be onsite in the Lewisville office twice a week (Tuesday/Wednesday)
• Associate Degree preferred
• 4+ years working in a fast -paced accounting environment. (may be substituted for Associate degree + 2 years of experience)
• Proficient with Oracle, D365 or similar accounting software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills, including polished communication via phone or email.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and complete projects.
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

The base salary range for this position is $23.00-25.00 per hour. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023 . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
