Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, corporate credit card reconciliations, and various other transactional issues, along with providing administrative and clerical services for the Accounts Payable Department. This individual will be responsible for monitoring incoming invoices and outgoing payments while ensuring Endeavor pays for services offered or goods purchased in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, code, enter invoices and expense reports for payment.
  • Resolve vendor billing issues and questions. Print and mail checks to vendors.
  • Process ACH payments to employees and vendors.

Educations & Experience:

  • Associates Degree OR
  • 1-2 years of equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Basic Computer Skills

As a company we have embraced the emerging pay transparency laws. The pay range for this position is $15-16/hr.
