Accounts Payable Specialist Job at Hunter Hamilton
Hunter Hamilton is looking for an Entry-Level Accounts Payable Clerk to add to their team on a Contract-to-Hire basis! The Accounts Payable Clerk will work for a company in St. Paul, MN and will be responsible for processing invoices and credits for payment. Other job duties include:
- Research and resolve drop ship problems and discrepancies
- Review invoices and credit memos in Epicor for accuracy
- Process invoices with correct freight charges
- Miscellaneous tasks such as print, scan, and answer phones as needed
Hours: Regular Business Hours
Pay: $20-22/hour
Contract to Hire!
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of office related experience, no accounting experience required!
- Strong organizational skills and ability to catch on to new tasks
