Accounts Payable Specialist: Finance/Accounting [Position # 127]

DLC's Accounting Team is responsible for all aspects of financial health for our non-profit behavioral healthcare organization with an annual revenue of over $26 million.

POSITION DETAILS:

- Processing check requests from all programs.

- Accurately reviewing, coding and processing vendor invoices.

- Accepting and processing daily program deposits.

- Performing all data entry associated with Accounts Payable.

- Maintaining complex vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Reviewing and reconciling invoice discrepancies.

- Addressing and responding to vendor inquiries.

- Issuing stop-payments and check voids when necessary.

- Maintaining accurate records related to company vehicles and gas cards.

- Maintaining historical records through proper filing and/or scanning of documents.

TO JOIN DLC'S ACCOUNTING TEAM:

- High School Diploma/GED = Required

- 1 years of related and relevant Accounts Payable experience = Required

- Non-Profit Experience = Preferred But Will Train!

- Strong organization skills and ability to meet various reporting deadlines = Required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, plus is self-motivated = Required

- Efficient and effective communication skills = Required

- Confidence in handling multiple project deadlines and goals simultaneously = Required

- The understanding that all members of a Team matter equally = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) Electronic Medical Record = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:

- Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position
~ Monday-Thursday, 8AM-5PM
~ Friday, 8AM-3PM
