Morgan Automotive Group’s is hiring for a Warranty and Accounts Receivable Clerk with experience with JM&A in the Lutz, Florida area.

Responsibilities:

• Post SPP paperwork for all stores
• Post weekly JMA statements
• Post weekly factory warranty/incentive statements from factories
• Review and maintain cash clearing schedules daily
• Weekly cleaning of all assigned schedules
• Banking Deposits
• Submitting for 8300’s
• EOM duties include printing of account receivable statements

Applicant will possess the following:

• Maintain receivables schedules
• Work closely with management
• Reconcile all warranty receivables
• Establish and build positive relationships with the manufacturers designated warranty representatives and the representative of any aftermarket warranty company with which the dealership conducts business.

Qualifications

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Team player, integrity, attention to detail, and organized
• Automotive software experience helpful Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
