SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
This position has complete responsibility for all Accounts Receivable Collection functions of the company.

Essential Job Functions:
- Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debt
- Work with CTS office, sales and field personnel to resolve collection issues
- Review project requirements to identify potential delays and resolve
- Reach out to the customers regularly to confirm payment schedules
- Learn and communicate on multiple customer online billing systems
- Post cash receipts, scan checks, print wires
- Process refunds /credits as approved
- Cross train on AR invoicing and provide support when needed
- Participate in special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School Diploma required
Specific Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can Do/ Will Do attitude and the ability to multi-task
- Able to work in a self-directed manner with minimum supervision
Experience
- 2-4 years Accounts Receivable Collections experience
