ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST Job at Wilson-McShane Corporation
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be the first step in ensuring that our participants receive the benefits they are entitled to. Wilson-McShane Corporation services hardworking people in various trade unions. Our Accounts Receivable team receives contributions and reports from their employers and reconciles and posts the hours and contributions to provide them with their benefits. Our Accounts Receivable Specialists also assist our participants with their questions of health coverage eligibility and self-payments.
The schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch and the position offers a hybrid schedule pending the completion of the initial training process. The hybrid schedule consists of three days of in-office, and two days of remote work upon manager approval.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is a non-exempt position with compensation at $25.50/hour and includes benefits such as the following:
