Looking for someone that is detail oriented to perform the following task. Also must know simple math.
Scan and record transactions into QuickBooks
Send invoice to customers
Send statements monthly
Collect and record payments
Monitor and respond promptly to customer emails.
Fill orders when needed.
Record customer orders in POS
Assist with store recovery
Assist customers on showroom floor
Assist cash drawers and end of the day counts
Assist customers and register.
Must read, write and speak English properly.
This is a full time job with rotating Sundays. 8 - 5 Tuesday - Friday and Sunday and every other week M-F.
