About the Position:

• We are looking to hire for an admin support rep that will also double as a customer service rep. This is a hybrid position. Most work may be done from home and occassionally at one of our offices. We currently have offices in Rockville MD, Fairfax VA, Westminister MD, Manassas VA, and Lutherville- Timonium MD. You just must live in commuting distance from one of these offices to be considered for the position.

What you will do:

• Support our commercial sales reps by sending out contracts to their customers
• Audit commercial accounts to make sure everything is set up correctly
• Send commercial sales leads to commercial reps when potential customers that contact us online or over the phone
• Answer calls from our commercial customers and answer questions in regards to billing, scheduling, and other customer service related issues
• Do backup for our call center and take calls for our residential customers
• Close sales from residential customers that call in or contact us online requesting pest control services (you will receive commission and be eligible to receive bonuses based on sales)
