Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Additional education/administrative assistant degree

The skills/experience you bring as an Administrative Assistant

Required:

• Minimum of five years' experience as an Administrative Assistant; preferably in health care and/or Facilities
• Accomplished in composition, grammar, spelling, proofreading and editing
• Proven computer experience in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe and Outlook
• Minimum typing ability of 60 WPM
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards and regulations
• Knowledge of policies and procedures

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant role

As an Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative assistant support to the Director of Lakeview Foundation and Sr. Director of Performance Improvement and their associated committees. If needed, this position provides back-up to the Administration Department assistants when they are out of the office, as the administration assistants will do for this position.

Calendars and meetings’ management and support; meetings support; confidential correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets creations within established format processes; reports’ creations; and other assistant duties as requested.
