Member Services Administrative Assistant
Full Time
Monday-Saturday 8:30 am-6:00 pm.

Job Summary:
The Member Services Administrative Assistant will report to the Member Services Administration Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have superior customer services skills, the ability to interact with guests, and fellow employees, and a keen eye for attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Enroll and cancel Member/Owner in RCI, II, Marketplace and all other ownership related programs
- Ensure calls and correspondence are answered within service quality guidelines
- Data Entry
- Oversee and if needed handle complex queries and escalated service issues regarding memberships
- Effectively identify and express issues
- Research, resolve and ensure proper support documentation as required on all Member contacts and process any necessary follow-up to facilitate requests
- Facilitate account updates to include name, address, email and phone
- Ensure your knowledge of systems and products is up to date, requesting refresher training as required
- Accessing and input of data in a variety of computer systems
- Generate and verify reports as scheduled and/or needed
- Ensure team compliance with all policies, internal and external
- Manage relationships with other departments, Front Desk, Marketing and Sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years customer service and administration experience
- Advanced customer service skills
- Well versed in proper etiquette and protocol both telephone and electronic
- Communicate effectively verbally and written
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Be able to learn diverse tasks
- Time Management skills required, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Computer literate including Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Knowledge of FTP, exporting and conversion of files
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Self-directed learning ability
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Present a professional and knowledgeable demeanor to fellow team members, owners and guests.
Physical Demands:
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
