Administrative Assistant Job at Michael Sexton
An advisor in a large financial services firm with offices throughout New England, seeks an Administrative Assistant in the Wellesley, MA office. This will be a full-time position. The hours will fall during normal business hours. In-office hours will be flexible.
Qualifications include superior verbal and written communication skills, a professional and friendly phone presence, strong organizational skills, and an ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications is necessary, as is experience with professional correspondence. A background in Financial Services and experience with Zoom\Teams is preferred.
The duties of this role include:
- Scheduling Client Meetings
- Preparing paperwork for Client Reviews meetings.
- Tracking, handling, and resolving client inquiries and service tasks
- CRM management system
- General administrative duties as needed
- Candidate needs to be detail oriented, a team player and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
