Administrative Assistant Job at Stamford Hospital District
The Administrative Assistant supports the Hospital District CEO and Board of Directors. Working knowledge of Accounts Payable (Wolfepak) is helpful. Candidate will also be responsible for compiling reports, agendas, minutes, etc.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher
- Independent project task management
- Experience should include independent use of personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Wolfepak
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
- Technical training or additional experience is required to substantiate required database management skills.
- Self starter and organization skills
