Administrative Assistant Environmental Services Job at Clinical Management Consultants
An established acute care hospital located in eastern Massachusetts is currently searching for an experienced Environmental Services Administrative Assistant to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This not-for-profit acute care facility is home to nearly 150-beds and provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services. For more than a century, this medical facility has offered a variety of services including emergency and urgent care, primary care, perioperative services, oncology, pediatrics, and women’s health services, and much more. Known as a regional provider of healthcare, this system is known to treat more than 50,000 patients annually.
The Environmental Services Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the environmental services and laundry departments. Reporting to the Director of Environmental Services, the Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with all department supervisors, assist with payroll and record keeping, and assists with updating department policies and procedures.
Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3-5 years administrative support experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in customer service
