About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who can support our internal operations, our team of HR Consultants/Business Partners, and support client communications. The ideal candidate has had entry-level hands-on experience in the HR Trenches with some responsibility in coordination/administration; however, we will consider great candidates without HR experience, too.

Located in Valencia CA, we service clients from South OC to West LA, from San Fernando Valley to Simi Valley, from San Gabriel Valley to San Bernardino County. We work with small companies with just a handful of employees, to large companies with several divisions and over 1000 employees, in the manufacturing, distribution, service/trade, real estate, legal, cannabis, hospitality, medical, professional and management industries.


Our candidate must reside in an area that would be able to reasonably commute daily to our Santa Clarita Valley office close to Six Flags.


Your skills needed:


  • A welcoming personality with excellent internal/external customer service

  • Organizational skills that are “extra” in every way

  • Unwavering commitment to customer service at all levels across multiple organizations

  • Ability to maintain a superior level of ethics, utmost professionalism, and maintain confidentiality

  • A “power user” level in Word (able to track change, format well, produce an aesthetically pleasing work product) with a “grammar police” persona, able to navigate quickly in Excel, Outlook and other common database applications.

  • Ability to speak and present yourself professionally, be flexible in dealing with all types of people.

  • Responsibility of working closely with project managers to ensure customer service is being met at a high level.

  • Experience working in HR administration.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish.

Other requirements


  • Must be available to work onsite from 8:30 - 5:00 regularly (Monday to Friday) without outside obligations or restrictions
  • Must be willing to work onsite daily - this is not a remote job or provide for flexible hours.
  • Must be ok working in a small office environment (there are generally 3-4 people in the office at any time)

The salary range for this position is $22-26/hr to start, depending on experience with group medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K, a healthy paid holiday package, 6 days of paid sick leave, a vacation package, and the last week of the year the office is closed.
