As our administrative assistant, you will be the first point of contact to our company, helping guide the flow of people through the business in addition to providing sales support to our team. We're looking for an energetic and positive performer with a desire to make a difference in our company as we grow. We’re seeking a candidate with a great work ethic, superior customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and solid written and verbal communication skills. 20 - 25 hours per week

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct calls
  • Customer Service for inside sales
  • Shipping and receiving processing
  • Pull and file sales orders
  • Prep quotes and reports
  • Take and relay messages
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Data entry
  • Other associated job duties

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of administrative and clerical experience
  • 1-2 years of computers and relevant software applications experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service principles and practices experience
  • 1-2 years of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Keyboard skills
