Partner to many of the world's best riders, and due to increasing demands and activities we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Sales support team in Wellington (FL).

What you'll be doing...

After being trained and directly reporting to the Administrative Sales Manager, you will be in charge of (and not limited to):

- Helping the sales support manager with several tasks such as:

- Organizing meeting with the sales representative (booking hotels, flights, cars and coordinate everything)

- Reports and KPI for the sales managers and sales representative

- Power point creation of the KPI

- Other tasks

- Calling customers for their get backs saddles and products

- Processing invoices and calling the clients for payments

- Inventory of the sales representative’s cars

- Updating the info in the company software and all other files

- Processing stock transfers on the company software

- Others tasks as assigned

What we're looking for...

If you are a fast learner with a positive attitude, good computer skills (word, excel, power point) and the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing you may be just the person we are looking for. You must be well organized with strong analytic skills and attention to detail and able to juggle several tasks at the same time without getting flustered. Able to follow instructions and not afraid to ask questions, whilst working in a dead-line driven environment, you must have the ability to prioritize tasks. A team player willing to assist others in the office.

What we offer...

· Full-time position: 40h, M-F 9am-6pm

· Pay: $15.00 per hour

- Training provided.

- Health coverage (medical and dental) 100% paid by the company for employee only on the 1st of the month following 30 days of your starting date

- 401(k) plan available (eligible after 1 year of full-time employment)

- 2 weeks of vacation

- 5 sick days
