Primary Purpose

This role provides day-to-day support for a variety of office duties supporting the Foundation Leadership Team and all Foundation staff as needed. Also provides full staff support to the Employee Relief Fund committee. Creative input on Foundation social media and internal communications.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • General Office duties: Open and distribute daily mail, including scanning and sending relevant documents to staff working in remote offices. Manage the shipping and mailing of Foundation materials. Respond to requests for information. Support Foundation correspondence. Assist Leadership Team with organization of meetings, travel, training sessions.

  • Employee Relief Fund: Serve as primary liaison between employee applicants and review committee, manage all applications and grant awards, maintain database of all applicant & review information

  • Accounts Payable duties: Manage and distribute invoices to appropriate staff. Print and mail checks. Other duties as assigned.

  • Communications: Assist with social media posts, print and digital media production and distribution. Work closely with all Foundation to ensure a smooth flow of communication and delivery of information.

  • Grant Administration: Administer employee grant recognition program, including grant approvals, generating award letters, database entry.

  • Create PowerPoint decks for Board Meetings and other Foundation presentations.

Job Requirements – Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree - Required

Preferred - Any discipline

5 years of experience - Required

Additional Job Requirements

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, along with general computer and internet aptitude required.

  • High level of attention to detail and very good organizational skills.

  • Experience managing complex projects highly desirable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player.

  • Accounting software experience (for example: Quickbooks) preferred
