JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our clients in Boerne, Texas is seeking an Administrative Director. They are seeking someone who is compassionate, caring, and has respect for the welfare and dignity of others. You must display a non-judgmental acceptance of all clients, volunteers, staff, and coworkers.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Director
- Provide administrative support for the Executive Director
- Provide new staff orientation and ensure completeness and accuracy of employee human resource files
- Process human resource and volunteer paperwork such as background checks and new employee paperwork
- Onboard new staff members
- Handle all exit paperwork for employees upon their resignation or leave
- Prepare evaluation forms for each department upon 3-month evaluation and employment anniversary
- Research services/vendor needs for agency
- Support for annual audit
- Oversee payroll reports and ensure accuracy
- Provide necessary reports for grant and funder reporting
- Promotes a collaborative, team building workplace
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Administrative Director
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Great communication skills
- Great time management and planning skills
- Caring, compassionate, and respectful
- Remain composed during stressful situations
