Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for an Administrative Programs Officer. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the individual selected for this position will perform administrative, professional and highly technical duties for the Northwest Center for Behavioral Health. Duties include the ability to multi-task while arranging for trainings and/or meetings; correspondence to internal and external customers; preparation of various reports and documents requiring expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office and modern office methods.

Job Type/Salary:

• Full Time
• Base Salary: $43,750 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification)
• Total Compensation up to $67,324 includes base salary, retirement and State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents)
• FLSA Status: Exempt

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree and one year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

• Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager

We provide complete mental health and substance abuse services for the individuals of Northwest Oklahoma in our outpatient offices, residential substance abuse program and our inpatient psychiatric unit.

Special Requirements:

• Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background.

• Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary.

• Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.

• (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
