The HR Administrator will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and services to support the operations of WinnCompanies Military Housing Services HR function.

This position pays between $18-21/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Setup new team member systems access including but not limited to Active Directory, Yardi, pulse surveys, and email creation.
  • Support HRIS functions in data entry of new hire information, I-9/Everify processing, and employee data changes including but not limited to allocations, compensation, positions, locations, manager, etc.
  • Dispatch Military HR Help Desk tickets. Direct employees to relevant Human Resource information and/or the correct departmental resource.
  • Initiate, track, and monitor candidate background screen status via third party background screen provider to be reviewed, verified and adjudicated by Employee Relations team.
  • Provide onboarding support including but not limited to onboarding program guidance, monitoring onboarding progress, and new hire checklist completion.
  • Perform, monitor, and track a variety of data audits and communicate discrepancies to appropriate parties. May include but is not limited to: Handbook and Arbitration completion, systems user accounts, Helpdesk ticketing and response times, and Employee handbook updates.
  • Provide administrative support to various HR projects and/or initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 - 3 years related work experience
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which, include Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot Tables and V Look Ups), PowerPoint or Access and other web based applications. Produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing with internal and external customers.
  • Comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients and visitors.
