Looking for a Full Time Admissions Coordinator!
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18- $20 per hour, based on expereince

To join this team please have the following requirements:
- COVID Vaccination Required
- Minimum 2+ years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting required
- Previous health care community relations experience
- Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, as admission/marketing responsibilities may dictate
- Covid vaccination is required
- Previous experience in customer service related field required
- Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence and perspective
- Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics
- Handle satisfaction surveys
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette
- Report to Admissions Director
- Welcome new patients/admissions in a warm and friendly manner
- Experience in dealing with multiple demands simultaneously
- Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments
- Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems
