Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in human services and/or master’s degree in human services field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Essential Functions

• Conducts tours and/or presentations of our programs to potential consumers, families, and agencies.
• Maintains consistent contact with referral sources.
• Frequent travel to meet with referral sources, referrals, families and outside entities will be required
• Communicates effectively with a variety of Individuals and styles.
• Ensures all documentation for admission, discharges and transfer within residential are completed in accordance with ODP, NJDD or any other licensing standards.
• Works with referral sources in getting necessary paperwork prior to admission.
• Collaborates with all internal departments to ensure that admission targets are achieved.
• Maintains records of vacancies, referrals, discharges and pending admissions.
• Coordinates referral process from start to admission with internal and external parties.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Hybrid of Remote, Mobile, and Group Home Settings
• On call 24 hours a day 7 days a week via a pager

Salary

• $19.50-21.50
